low down payment, minimum down payment, minimum downpaymentIf you own a business or are a professional, why not?

Linkedin ( www.linkedin.com ) has become as essential for professional as MySpace is for kids. If you have a business and are looking at garnering referrals, Linkedin is a huge benefit.

When most professionals launch a new business or practice, they usually create a database or contact list for people they know who may send them referrals. But usually, only one or two helpful transactions comes out of this. This is partly because these contacts know you're new to the business (not us, of course - we've been here seven years), and people you know are also sometimes worried you'll talk about their business with other people you know (again, something genuine professionals never do).

But Linkedin [ www.linkedin.com ] overcomes this and provides ways to network socially and professionally that make people comfortable and frankly, yield whole new contacts that perhaps you'd forgot you have.
