Rates have spiked upwards over the last 10 days or so.  Hopefully it's temporary and will head back down this week.  Our construction loan rates have stayed steady throughout the spike however, and they are beating most of our competition. 

Don't forget that we also do Auto loans and those rates are not changing much at all, still between 5-7% depending on the age of the car and length of the loan.

We have opened an office in Wichita again.  The new location is 313 N. Senaca St. STE 111.  Mike Downing will be working in that office and helping clients with home loans and the money merge account we offer.  The money merge account helps you pay off your home a lot faster than you ever would otherwise, and you don't have to make any extra money or pay extra on your mortgage every month.

VA loans are the last of the 100% loans out there.  If you are eligible for VA loans you could be in great shape to still purchase a home with no money down.  Call me or email me to find out if you're eligible.

FHA still offers a 97.75% loan and allows you to roll in the down payment and closing costs via a down payment assistance program.  That can also effectively be a "100%" loan, although your seller has to agree to cover those expenses for you.
