Home Loans’s loan process is very simple. The process starts with our staff gathering basic information to decide whether or not a credit report is needed. When a credit report is issued, Colby or Anne will personally go over the report with you and together you will choose which loan program would be most beneficial for your situation, and then you will receive your pre-approval letter if needed. Also, you will fill out a Uniform Residential Loan Application and we will send that along with the required income documents to the Underwriter for a Full Approval. Once the Full Approval is obtained, an Appraisal and Title Work are ordered. After those are complete, we have a closing at the Title Company.
